I am a primary care family nurse practitioner in practice since 2005. I have worked for Central Oregon's FQHC Mosaic Medical for since graduating from OHSU, as well as Central Oregon Family Medicine, a small private family practice in Redmond, from 2007-2011. I have experience in all aspects of family practice, with a love for lifestyle medicine, women's health care, care of the homeless and human trafficking victims, adolescent health, addictions, end of life care, all aspects of prenatal and post partum care, and plant-based nutrition and health care. I current serve as primary care provider on the Mosaic Medical Mobile Community Clinic. We provide all aspects of acute and chronic primary care to the homeless in Bend, Redmond, and Sisters, residents at J Bar J Ranch, The Loft teen shelter, victims of human trafficking in Bend, OSU Cascades, and The Shepherd's House. I am also a certified yoga teacher with advanced training in yoga and mindfulness for trauma and stress.
Prior to becoming an FNP, I was a full time mom, state licensed midwife, hospice nurse, and ICU nurse.
